Too often, we walk through our world asleep. Worrying about this, that, and the other thing. Our lives are all-consuming. Even a walk in nature is often a prescription for problem-solving instead of just for the joy of it. It does help you solve problems, but it is much more than that. It can change your whole outlook on life. I invite you to be curious when you tromp through the bush, walk along the garden path, kick stones along a rocky beach. Look closer at that blade of grass, the delicate petals of a flower, or pollen soaked bum of a bumblebee.
Be curious like a child.
